A pair of Premier League clubs have set their sights on the signature of on-loan Barcelona star Ansu Fati.
That’s according to Fichajes, who highlight Sunderland and Aston Villa as the sides in question.
The mounting interest in attacker Ansu’s services comes amid a head-turning return to form on the part of the 22-year-old in France.
After enduring an underwhelming start to life on the books of Monaco following his summer arrival from Barcelona, Ansu has now found the net six times, despite starting just five outings across all competitions.
Monaco for their part boast an option to make his signing come the season’s end, worth €11 million.
In the case of the Ligue 1 outfit deciding against activating as much, though, Ansu is unlikely to be short on suitors.
As per a report from Fichajes, from England, both Sunderland and Aston Villa are keeping a close eye on the situation of the winger.
This comes with a view to a potential swoop for his signature ahead of the 2026/27 campaign.
