An up-and-coming member of the attacking ranks at La Liga outfit Celta Vigo has on Friday completed a move to England, with Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The player in question? Fer López.
Youngster Fer has seen his name take its place centre stage in the media headlines at Celta Vigo across the week to date.
This came after widespread reports were forthcoming, confirming talks between the Balaídos brass and their counterparts at Wolves, over a deal for the 21-year-old.
Fer is for his part fresh off a breakout half-season in Vigo, which saw the Spaniard turn heads with his performances in an attack-minded role.
As alluded to above, though, starting next season, such talents will be on display in an altogether different setting.
This comes amid confirmation that Fer has put pen to paper on terms with Premier League side Wolves.
As per a statement across Celta Vigo’s website and social media platforms:
‘RC Celta and Wolverhampton Wanderers FC have completed the transfer of attacker Fer López . The youngster joins the English team to embark on a new sporting stage in the Premier League.’
