A member of the attacking ranks at La Liga giants Barcelona did enough to secure for himself a place in the latest Champions League Team of the Week.
The Blaugrana star in question? Lamine Yamal.
Wide-man Lamine was for his part back in from the off on Wednesday evening, as Barcelona saw out their campaign in the league phase of the Champions League.
And en route to an eventual 4-1 drubbing of FC Copenhagen, the 18-year-old proved himself the star of the show.
From his berth on the right flank, Lamine terrorised the visitors’ backline throughout the 90 minutes, courtesy of elite touch, dribbling and final ball.
As much gave rise to both a goal and an assist for the Spanish international.
And as alluded to above, such exploits have since given rise to a spot in the official Champions League Team of the Week, released by UEFA:
