The Catalan club have also locked in a €500 million release clause.
The midfielder started his career at Stella Club d’Adjame in his home country before moving to Italy in 2014 to sign for Atalanta.

In his five seasons with Milan, he made 223 appearances for the Rossoneri, scoring 37 goals and assisting 16 times.
Kessié is the club’s first signing of the summer. There is also an agreement in place with former Chelsea defender Andreas Christensen, who will be presented on 7 July.
