Two members of the first-team ranks at Barcelona have this week secured for themselves nominations for La Liga awards.
The pair in question? Fermín López and Hansi Flick.
In the case of the former, midfielder Fermín is for his part in the midst of a productive month on the domestic front in November.
Across a trio of league appearances, the Spanish international racked up three direct goal contributions from his berth as Barca’s midfield spearhead.
And such efforts have proven enough to see Fermín nominated for La Liga’s U23 Player of the Month, alongside the likes of Jude Bellingham and Alberto Moleiro.
As alluded to above, though, Barca’s candidates for La Liga’s prizes for November do not end there.
Blaugrana head coach Hansi Flick has for his part also been included amongst the shortlist of nominees for Manager of the Month.
The German, who has guided the reigning Spanish champions to three wins from three in November, is up against Diego Simeone and Marcelino in the running for the award.
