Real Madrid have announced the signing of Germany international Antonio Rüdiger.
The defender has signed a deal with the Champions League winners until 2026. Madrid will present their new player on 20 June.
“I’m proud to announce that I’ll be joining Real Madrid. I’m super excited for all the challenges ahead and can’t wait to play my first games for this huge club,” the 29-year-old wrote on Twitter.
Rüdiger spent the last five years at Chelsea, becoming a key part of Thomas Tuchel’s team.
