Official: 2 changes as Barcelona name XI to face Sevilla

The XI of players called upon by Barcelona for the club’s upcoming showdown with Sevilla has been unveiled online.

And it features a pair of noteworthy changes.

Barcelona are of course primed to return to action in short order.

After losing ownership of top spot in the La Liga table to Real Madrid on Saturday night, the Blaugrana have made the trip to Andalusia, for a meeting with the aforementioned Sevilla.

Should they ultimately emerge triumphant, Barca will head into the international break leading the way in the race for the Spanish top-flight title.

And as alluded to above, a short time ago, the group of players tasked with securing all three points at The Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán was officially unveiled.

Stepping back into Hansi Flick’s XI following the midweek defeat to Paris Saint-Germain are two leading names, in the form of Ronald Araújo, and Robert Lewandowski.

Dropping out for the afternoon, meanwhile, are Eric García, and the injured Lamine Yamal.
