Widespread members of the Real Madrid fanbase have on Sunday made crystal clear their unhappiness with manager Xabi Alonso.
This comes on a night to forget for Los Blancos all told.
Real of course marked their return to action a short time ago, making the trip to Alicante for a La Liga meeting with Elche.
After seeing arch rivals Barcelona draw level with them atop the table on Saturday, however, the capital giants failed to produce a needed three points of their own.
Instead, they were forced to settle for a share of the spoils, courtesy of a late comeback in a 2-2 draw.
And as alluded to above, the finger of blame for as much, for the most part, has since been pointed squarely in the direction of Xabi Alonso.
Real Madrid’s headmaster made the call to shake up his XI for the evening, fresh off a pair of winless outings before the international break.
These changes, however, failed to have the desired result, with the capital giants having looked completely disjointed across much of the 90 minutes.
With this far from the first time that this has proven the case over recent weeks, Alonso has in turn been singled out for heavy criticism, amid mounting early pressure on the shoulders of the Spanish tactician:
