Barcelona will not sign Manchester City defender Eric García tonight, according to Catalan outlet RAC1.
Barça had a €17m [add-ons included] bid refused. The Catalan club required funds from the departure of defender Jean-Clair Todibo, however the player’s loan deal to Benfica prevents Barcelona from being able to agree to and afford the higher fee demanded by City.
