Former Barcelona star Neymar Jr. has this week moved to show his appreciation for current Blaugrana talent Lamine Yamal once more.
This comes by way of a simple post on social media.
Lamine is for his part of course fresh off another starring display over the weekend.
Afforded a starting berth in Barcelona’s Copa del Rey finale showdown with arch rivals Real Madrid, the 17-year-old laid on a pair of assists, en route to a 3-2 triumph.
Barcelona, in turn, have since unveiled a series of posts online, showcasing their prodigious young winger in action.
And it was one such post which the aforementioned Neymar on Tuesday provided his response to.
In a gesture which will no doubt be greatly appreciated on the part of Lamine – who has made clear time and time again that Neymar is his idol – the Brazilian responded to his former club by way of an ‘applause’ emoji:
