According to Catalan outlet Sport, super-agent and representative of Erling Haaland, Mino Raiola, has landed in Barcelona to discuss the future of the Norwegian star with the Catalan club.
Raiola and Erling Haaland’s father landed in Catalonia on Thursday morning and they were met at the airport by Joan Laporta’s right hand man, who picked them up in his car.
Haaland is on the radar of Europe’s top clubs, including Real Madrid, PSG and Manchester City.
The good relationship between Raiola and Laporta will give Barcelona some optimism about signing the Norwegian, even though their financial situation is problematic.
In an interview with The Athletic earlier this week, Raiola said that his player is ready for the highest level of European football.
“Maybe I was too careful with Haaland when I said, ‘oh no, let’s go to Dortmund first instead of I don’t know where,'” said the super-agent about the young striker.
