Mateu Alemany, Barcelona’s sporting director, has quashed reports suggesting Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski will sign for the Catalan club.
“It’s speculation in the press that’s fine for filling pages, but it’s not true. We have no agreement with the striker and if we wanted to, the first thing we would do would be to speak to his club. We have no agreement with any player. Aubameyang will be the number 9 next season,” he explained to Movistar.
