Speaking at his official presentation, new Barcelona striker Martin Braithwaite spoke about getting started at the Catalan club after signing on a four-and-a-half-year deal from Leganés for €18m on Thursday.
“I’m really looking forward to it, Barcelona play the best football in the world. I’ve been studying them and it’s about looking at each player, looking at the quality, looking at the movements, looking at how they pass, looking at how they cross, to be in the right areas all the time. That’s what I’ve done and that’s what I’m going to continue to do in the next couple of days, to really study that hard. When the games come, I’ll be in the right areas at the right moments.”
