According to RAC1, Marseille have started negotiations with Barcelona to sign Konrad de la Fuente.
The French club could offer a fee of around €5 million. Barça would keep an option to buy the 19-year-old B team player back, while the other option would be a transfer with an obligation to buy.
The report suggests that the idea is for Barça to close the deal for the American player next week, as selling him before June 30 would offer revenue for the current financial year and help alleviate the club’s current financial situation.
