The impending arrival of Marcus Rashford at La Liga giants Barcelona has opened the door for a current member of Hansi Flick’s frontline to move on.
That’s according to Blaugrana insider Toni Juanmartí of Diario Sport, who points towards Pau Víctor as the player in question.
Frontman Víctor has for his part long been hotly tipped to bring a close to the Barcelona chapter of his career over the weeks ahead.
As much comes with the 23-year-old fresh off a difficult campaign in 2024/25, which saw Víctor struggle to carve out a regular place for himself in Hansi Flick’s star-studded frontline.
Held in high regard across the Spanish football landscape, a whole host of clubs are understood to be keen on a summer deal for the former Girona talent.
And as alluded to above, if the latest word stemming from the media over the last 24 hours is anything to go by, then these suitors have been afforded something of a boost.
As revealed by journalist Toni Juanmartí, the imminent arrival of Manchester United star Marcus Rashford at the Camp Nou ‘will now accelerate the departure of Pau Víctor’.
