New Barcelona signing Marcus Rashford has provided an insight into what exactly has surprised him most about the club since his arrival.
Frontman Rashford of course saw his long-anticipated Barca switch at last made official on Wednesday.
The Englishman has taken his talents to Catalunya’s capital on loan for the season ahead, with the deal also featuring an option to buy.
Even prior to as much, Rashford had already linked up with his new teammates in Hansi Flick’s squad earlier this week.
And evidently, the Blaugrana’s stars did not take long to make an impression on their new teammate.
Speaking during his presentation on Wednesday evening, Rashford was asked what has surprised him most since his arrival in Spain.
And the 27-year-old went on to explain:
“What has surprised me the most since I arrived is how last season has been left behind; the team is fully focused on improving in the upcoming season. The ambition and determination here are very high.”
