Levante star and Barcelona transfer target Karl Etta Eyong has this week continued to hint that he would be keen on a move to the Spotify Camp Nou.
This comes after the Camernoonian revealed his admiration for a pair of Blaugrana icons.
Etta Eyong sat down for an interview with SportyTV (as cited by Diario Sport) this week, during which he was drawn on a whole host of topics.
And one response provided by the 22-year-old has since turned heads across the Barcelona fanbase.
This comes with Etta Eyong having pointed towards two ex-Barca attackers when asked about his childhood heroes:
“When I was a child I watched (Samuel) Eto’o’s games at Barcelona.”
Turning focus towards Lionel Messi, the striker continued:
“He is the best. Playing with him would be a dream from which I would not want to wake up”.
Etta Eyong, in the midst of a breakout campaign on the books of Levante, is understood to be under consideration by Barcelona as their long-term replacement for Robert Lewandowski.
