Real Madrid star Kylian Mbappé has this week forwarded a message of appreciation to the club’s supporters.
This comes on the anniversary of his unveiling as a Blancos player in front of the Santiago Bernabéu.
Frontman Mbappé of course brought to a definitive end one of the longest-running transfer sagas in recent memory in the summer of 2024.
Upon the expiration of his contract terms with Paris Saint-Germain, the France international went on to link up with Real Madrid on a free transfer.
Mbappé’s time in Spain’s capital, from an individual standpoint at least, has since been a success, with the 26-year-old fresh off a 43-goal debut season in Blancos colours.
This week, he has therefore moved to make clear once more his appreciation for both the club and its fanbase.
In a post on his official Instagram account on Wednesday, Mbappé wrote:
‘A year ago. Grateful for all the love you gave me since Day 1. Hala Madrid’
