Real Madrid star Kylian Mbappé conjured up a trademark Cristiano Ronaldo celebration after finding the net on Wednesday evening.
Real are of course currently locked in action, in a Champions League playoff 2nd leg showdown with Manchester City.
The aforementioned Mbappé, for his part, was as expected afforded a starting berth, taking his place as Los Blancos’ attacking spearhead.
And it did not take at all long for the Frenchman to make his impact felt.
Set free in behind courtesy of a wonderful pass on the part of Raúl Asencio, Mbappé made no mistake with an equally classy first-time finish.
And as alluded to above, after wheeling away in celebration towards the home crowd, the summer arrival in Spain’s capital paid something of a tribute to one of the greatest players in Real Madrid history.
