Real Madrid star Kylian Mbappé has on Tuesday lavished fresh praise on a fellow member of Xabi Alonso’s squad.
The player in question? Arda Güler.
This comes fresh off Arda and Mbappé linking up to brilliant effect once more this evening.
Real Madrid are of course fresh off a resounding return to winning ways, after putting Kazakh outfit Kairat to the sword by five goals to nil in the Champions League.
Frontman Mbappé proved himself the star of the show, notching a hat-trick to keep alive what has been a blistering opening to the campaign.
And laying on the Frenchman’s third of the matchup was none other than Arda.
Mbappé and his up-and-coming midfield teammate have combined for a number of goals over the season’s early weeks, building a thoroughly effective partnership on the pitch.
Speaking to the media on the back of the full-time whistle on Tuesday, the former therefore moved to make clear his appreciation for Arda’s talents:
“Me and Arda have a great relationship. He’s an amazing talent. We’re happy he’s with us.”
