A headline member of the attacking ranks at La Liga champions Barcelona is expected to be reintroduced to a starting role against Celta Vigo on Sunday.
That’s according to Diario AS, who point towards Robert Lewandowski as the player in question.
Frontman Lewandowski has for his part been forced to make do with a bit-part role over the course of the last week.
As much comes with the Pole working to recover full fitness following a spell on the sidelines.
‘Lewa’ was introduced off the bench in each of Barcelona’s last two fixtures, against both Elche and Club Brugge.
Next time out, though, the 37-year-old looks set to be afforded a long-awaited and hard-earned start.
As per Blaugrana insider Javier Miguel of Diario AS, Lewandowski is ‘the clear favourite’ to take his place at centre-forward at Balaídos tomorrow evening.
Ferran Torres, in turn, could be shifted to the left wing, relegating Marcus Rashford to the bench.
