Juventus star Dušan Vlahović is holding out hope of securing a move to Spain with Barcelona this summer.
This comes as the Serbian inches ever closer to the exit doors in Turin.
Frontman Vlahović’s Juve contract terms are due to expire upon the season’s close, with the two parties yet to find an agreement on the terms of a renewal.
Whilst the striker has agreed to lower his wages, he is yet to drop his demands in line with the money currently on the table at the Allianz Stadium.
With as much in mind, Vlahović is therefore weighing up his options away from Serie A.
And one such landing spot being eyed by the former Fiorentina man, as alluded to above, comes in the form of Barcelona.
As per a report from Mundo Deportivo, citing Italian outlet La Gazzetta dello Sport:
‘Vlahović believes an approach from Barcelona is possible. The striker would be willing to accept a secondary role and financial terms that are reasonable for the Catalan club.’
Barca are of course expected to bring in reinforcements up top this summer, ahead of the imminent departure of Robert Lewandowski.
