Juan Román Riquelme, like the vast majority of football fans, loves watching Lionel Messi play.
In an interview with ESPN, the Boca Juniors vice-president gave his opinion on Messi’s current situation and his move to PSG.
“I hope Messi continues to enjoy himself in Paris. I don’t know if it’s weird, but we’re all excited to see him enjoying himself with Mbappé and Neymar. If they don’t win the Champions League now, they won’t win it again.“
Riquelme went on to add that he sees Messi retiring in La Liga. “I think Messi will win the Champions League with PSG and then retire at Barcelona”.
