Jordi Alba spoke to the media ahead of Spain’s clash with Sweden on Monday.
“Luckily we’re all in perfect shape, we’re in good spirits and physically very good. After everything that’s happened, we’re really looking forward to tomorrow. In training, we have done everything we have had to do, it just gets more boring working individually. The work the coach is doing is very important, it’s very good. We have worked very well with all the staff.”
On Sergio Busquets
“He is the captain and we are looking forward to him coming back as soon as possible, both in terms of football and in human terms.”
“All the players are used to playing every three days. We are prepared. It’s the same in every national team. We are all ready. I’m looking forward to helping the team.”
“He’s a physical force and has had a great season with his club. He can play in a lot of positions and is capable of playing at full-back. I’m sure he’s going to be a very important player for us.”
