Jesé Rodríguez offers himself to Las Palmas

Former Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain star Jesé Rodríguez has offered his services to La Liga outfit Las Palmas, with a view to next season.

That’s according to Mundo Deportivo, citing Canarias7, who point towards the 31-year-old being eager to reunite with Los Amarillos over the months ahead.

Jesé, for his part, enjoyed a productive 18-month spell on the books in Gran Canaria back in 2021, across which he managed 13 goals in 57 league appearances.

A falling out with head coach García Pimienta, however, ultimately culminated in his departure in the summer of 2022.

A free agent after disappointing spells with all of Ankaragücü, Sampdoria and Coritiba, Jesé is now keen for a Las Palmas reunion.

As much comes with García Pimienta all set to take up the reins at fellow La Liga outfit Sevilla.

As per the aforementioned MD, the versatile attacker ‘ has contacted the Canary Islands team to offer himself as a future yellow player for next season’.

Unfortunately for Jesé, however, his request has fallen on deaf ears.

The Estadio Gran Canaria board have no interest in the signing of the one-time Spanish youth international, who, as a result, could find himself without a club for the 2024/25 campaign.
