A member of the summer recruitment drive at La Liga giants Barcelona has this week been tipped to enjoy a starring stint with the club.
The player in question? Marcus Rashford.
Frontman Rashford for his part linked up with Barcelona on loan earlier this summer.
As much came after Deco and co. pivoted their focus towards the Englishman after failing to land more pricey attacking targets.
Rashford has since gone on to enjoy something of a hit-and-miss start to life in Spain, yet to really showcase his full potential on the pitch.
As alluded to above, though, one individual who appears confident that the 27-year-old will ultimately go on to prove his doubters wrong is Nicky Butt.
Speaking during an interview with the Manchester Evening News this weekend, ex-Manchester United midfielder Butt revealed his take that:
“I have a slight feeling he’s going to be a huge success, I really do. Because I’ve known him since he was seven, eight, nine ; he’s got incredible natural talent. The Manchester United ship has already passed.”
