Barcelona head coach Hansi Flick was quick to make clear his frustration with his side’s players, on the back of their meeting with RCD Mallorca.
Barcelona of course kicked the defence of their La Liga crown into gear on Saturday night.
As much came by way of a trip to Son Moix, to take on the aforementioned Mallorca.
When all was said and done, the Blaugrana got things up and running in positive fashion, courtesy of a dominant 3-0 victory.
Raphinha, Ferran Torres and Lamine Yamal were all on target on the evening.
And yet, as alluded to above, despite the one-sided nature of the eventual result, one individual who was not at all happy following the full-time whistle was Hansi Flick.
Drawn on his side’s performance at Son Moix post-match, Barcelona headmaster Flick admitted:
“I am not happy with the way we played the 2nd-half. My team played at 50% to 60%, and this is not acceptable against nine men. I need to speak to the players.”
