An insight into the kind of financial outlay required on the part of La Liga giants Real Madrid to bring Chema Andrés back to the club has on Friday been provided.
This comes amid a head-turning start to life for the midfielder in Germany.
Youngster Chema for his part brought a permanent close to his time on the books of Real Madrid this past summer.
As much came after the 20-year-old was afforded the promise of consistent senior playing time by Bundesliga outfit Stuttgart.
And Chema has since gone on to secure precisely that, already with seven first-team appearances under his belt in Germany this season.
Not only that, but the Spaniard has thoroughly impressed along the way, shining on both sides of the ball.
Such efforts are understood to have given rise to early interest in his services from across the continent.
It is the aforementioned Real Madrid, though, who boast a clear edge when it comes to Chema’s future.
As per a report from Marca, Los Blancos secured a buyback clause as part of the deal which sent their midfield starlet to Germany.
The clause in question? €13 million in the summer of 2026, and €16 million 12 months later.
