Hansi Flick forced to deal with surprise unrest in Barcelona dressing room

Barcelona head coach Hansi Flick has been forced to deal with ongoing unrest amongst his squad over recent months.

That’s according to Spanish outlet TV3, who have this week provided an insight into recent developments behind the scenes in Catalunya’s capital.

Barcelona are of course fresh off what was a thoroughly productive campaign in 2024/25.

Their first under the watch of new manager Hansi Flick, the Blaugrana went on to rack up a domestic treble.

Along the way, however, not all in the club’s dressing room were happy…

As per TV3, the likes of Iñaki Peña and Pablo Torre were left feeling slighted regarding their respective roles in Barca’s squad.

As much culminated in a collective air of unrest in Flick’s ranks, an issue which the German struggled to deal with.

It is in turn suggested that, should the incoming Marcus Rashford not be afforded a prominent role over the season ahead, a similar situation could be repeated at the Camp Nou.
