Marca report that SD Eibar midfielder Gonzalo Escalante has agreed to a four-year deal with Lazio in the last couple of days and will arrive at the Olimpico at the end of the current campaign.
The Argentine, whose contract is up on June 30, has reportedly traveled to the Italian capital to put pen to paper on a free transfer that will see him move to the Biancoceleste on July 1, 2020.
After five seasons at Eibar, the 26-year-old will move back to Italy having moved to Spain from Catania in Serie B.
