A trio of La Liga clubs have on Friday announced fresh additions to their respective first-team squads. The clubs in question? Getafe, Deportivo Alavés, and Rayo Vallecano.
Beginning with the first, Getafe have secured reinforcements in the middle of the park. Fresh off Christantus Uche being ruled out for what is expected to be the duration of the campaign, the Azulones have wrapped up the signing of Orel Mangala from Olympique Marseille.
The Belgian international will spend the season ahead plying his trade on loan in Madrid.
Next, Deportivo Alavés have added to the options at the disposal of boss Quique Sánchez Flores at the heart of defence.
This comes courtesy of the signing of stopper Nicolás Valentini from Serie A outfit Fiorentina. Valentini has penned terms in Vitoria-Gasteiz through the summer of 2029.
Rayo Vallecano, meanwhile, have also added fresh blood at the back with a view to the fast-approaching Spanish top-flight campaign.
After weeks of speculation, the capital club have officially beaten out the competition to close a loan agreement for AS Roma defender Marash Kumbulla.
This marks a return to La Liga for the Albanian, who spent the last two years plying his trade with Espanyol and Mallorca.
