Barcelona star Gavi has taken to social media, to send a message of congratulations and well wishes to teammate and close friend Pedri.
This comes with the latter, on Tuesday, celebrating his birthday.
Pedri, who seems as though he has been a first-team player at Barcelona for a decade now, turns just 23 years old today.
The Spanish international is of course sidelined at present, owing to a muscular injury.
This means that he will not be available to play his part in Barca’s Champions League showdown with Premier League heavyweights Chelsea later this evening.
But Pedri will no doubt be keen to make the most of his day, surrounded by friends and family.
And as alluded to above, this afternoon, one such friend has sent a public message the way of the midfield standout.
In a post on his official Instagram account, engine room partner Gavi, also on the treatment table at present, unveiled a photo of the pair accompanied by the caption:
‘Congratulations, my little brother!!!!! To more years of enjoying the best club!!’
