Ferran Torres has signed his contract at Man City and joins the club until June 2025 from Valencia, after completing his medical and paperwork in Barcelona on Tuesday morning, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The two clubs reached an agreement for the 20-year-old last week for a reported fee of €25m plus variables.
