Barcelona star Fermín López took to social media on Tuesday, to send a message of encouragement the way of young teammate Roony Bardghji.
This of course comes fresh off the latter being condemned to a lengthy incoming spell on the sidelines.
Winger Bardghji has taken his place front and centre in the media chatter surrounding Barcelona over the course of the last 24 hours. After being stretchered out of training in major distress with a knee problem, the 20-year-old was put through an ensuing round of medical tests on Tuesday morning.
And the scans in question went on to confirm the worst, that Bardghji has suffered the 2nd ACL tear of his fledgling career.
Messages of support have since come pouring in for the young attacker from across the world of football, on what is no doubt a hugely difficult day for the player on a personal level.
And as alluded to above, amongst the very first to make public their support for Bardghji was Barcelona teammate Fermín López.
Taking to his official Instagram account, midfielder Fermín tagged Bardghji, alongside the caption:
‘We are with you brother’
