An insight into some of the details of the transfer set to send Chelsea star Marc Cucurella to Real Madrid this summer has been forthcoming online.
This of course comes fresh off something of a bombshell evening in the Spanish and English capitals alike.
As confirmed by a whole host of sources on Sunday, Real Madrid have beaten out the competition to strike a deal with Chelsea to bring Cucurella in for next season.
So, how much have Florentino Pérez and co. committed to forking out to land José Mourinho’s priority left-back target?
As per a report from English transfer expert David Ornstein, Cucurella will set Real Madrid back an initial €55 million, plus a potential €5 million in bonuses.
The 27-year-old – currently on international duty with Spain at the World Cup – has committed to the terms of a contract at the Bernabéu all the way through the summer of 2032.
