Espanyol have confirmed that after a thorough investigation the club has identified 12 individuals who were involved in the racial abuse directed at Athletic Club player Iñaki Williams in Saturday’s 1-1 draw at the RCDE Stadium.
The club has announced that the 12 supporters have been referred to the club’s Social Discipline Committee for further action. Nine of the 12 people involved are Espanyol club members.
