The busy summer transfer window being enjoyed by La Liga outfit Espanyol has on Friday continued.
This comes amid confirmation that the Catalans have closed the signing of free agent attacker Tyrhys Dolan.
Dolan, for his part, is a versatile attacker, who generally operates on the right wing.
The 23-year-old is fresh off a productive season in England’s 2nd tier, which saw him rack up seven goals and six assists for Blackburn Rovers.
After making the call not to sign a new deal at Ewood Park, however, Dolan recently became available as a free agent.
And as alluded to above, late this week, the Englishman has officially taken his talents to La Liga.
As per a statement across the website and social media platforms of the aforementioned Espanyol:
‘RCD Espanyol has completed the signing of English player Tyrhys Dolan, who will sign until June 30, 2028. Dolan occupies the winger position and arrives at the white-and-blue club on a free transfer after his contract with Blackburn Rovers ended.’
