A member of the midfield ranks at La Liga champions Barcelona is wanted in the Middle East with a view to next season.
That’s according to Fichajes, who highlight Marc Casadó as the player in question.
Youngster Casadó has of course seen speculation continue to swirl surrounding his name across the season to date.
This comes with the Spanish international struggling to lock down a consistent starting berth for himself in Hansi Flick’s Barcelona midfield ranks.
With the Blaugrana’s financial problems well documented, it has in turn been suggested that, for the right price, Casadó could be lured away from the Spotify Camp Nou.
And as alluded to above, late this week, a new potential landing spot has been touted for the 22-year-old.
As per a report from Spanish news outlet Fichajes, an unnamed Saudi Pro League club ‘are reportedly prepared to offer €40 million to secure his signing’.
It is added that, for this fee, Barcelona would be willing to entertain negotiations over a sale.
