‘Doesn’t look good’ – Barcelona concerned over youngster’s injury blow

La Liga giants Barcelona are sweating over the wellbeing of defensive starlet Landry Farré.

This comes amid suggestions that the stopper could be facing up to an extended incoming spell on the sidelines.

Landry had for his part been called up to train with Hansi Flick’s senior squad in Barcelona prior to the November international break.

As much came as Flick looked to make up the numbers amid the long-standing injiry problems in his own squad.

Safe to say, then, that it will no doubt mark a blow to learn of Landry potentially adding his name to the absentee list in Catalunya’s capital for the weeks ahead.

The 18-year-old – considered a future star in the making at Barca – was forced into a premature departure from a reserve team meeting with Espanyol this past weekend.

And as per a report from Diario Sport, ahead of an upcoming round of medical tests:

‘Right now it does not look good.’
