An insight into the role being prepared for Thiago Alcântara on the coaching staff at La Liga champions Barcelona has on Wednesday been provided.
The name of ex-Barca midfielder Thiago has of course returned to the forefront of the headlines in Spain across the week to date.
This comes after widespread confirmation was forthcoming that the 34-year-old is all set to rejoin Hansi Flick’s staff.
After spending time aiding Flick’s settling in period in Barcelona in the summer of 2024, the Spaniard has agreed on the terms of a fresh deal with the Camp Nou brass.
