Details: How long will Barcelona’s players have for Christmas vacation?

An insight into the extent of the vacation set to be afforded to La Liga champions Barcelona’s players for Christmas has come to the fore online.

This comes amid the understanding that Hansi Flick’s squad will be granted a little over a week of rest to enjoy the festive period.

As per a report from club insider Javier Miguel of Diario AS, Barcelona’s players and staff will begin their holidays on December 21st, before returning to base at the Ciutat Esportiva on December 29th.

Between now and Christmas, the Blaugrana have a trio of fixtures remaining on the calendar.

The first comes this weekend against Osasuna (La Liga), before ensuing clashes against Guadalajara (Copa del Rey) and Villarreal (La Liga).

The Catalans will then kick their campaign back into gear on January 3rd, in a derby meeting with Espanyol, before swiftly departing for the 2026 Supercopa de España.
