Atlético Madrid head coach Diego Simeone continued to poke fun at Real Madrid star Vinícius Jr. on Thursday evening.
This of course comes amid the latest edition of the Madrid Derby.
Real and Atlético Madrid are currently locked in action in Saudi Arabia, vying for a place in the Spanish Super Cup final.
As things stand, it is the former who find themselves headed towards the tournament’s finale, in possession of a 2-1 advantage.
And along the way, there have, predictably, been several fiery exchanges between players, coaches and staff members alike.
One such exchange came during the first-half, and has since gone viral across social media.
As much comes after Diego Simeone reignited his long-standing war of words with Vinícius Jr.
Wide-man Viní endured another difficult outing this evening, before being hooked from proceedings by Xabi Alonso late on.
Amid the ongoing speculation surrounding the future of the Brazilian, Simeone was in turn heard shouting the following at Vinícius from the sideline:
“(Real Madrid president) Florentino (Pérez) is going to kick you out! Remember what I’m telling you!”
