An internal debate has been sparked behind the scenes at La Liga giants Barcelona, regarding the immediate future of Roony Bardghji.
That’s according to Diario Sport, who confirm that as much comes with some keen for the Swede to be farmed out on loan.
Youngster Bardghji of course linked up with Barcelona this past summer, in a cut-price deal from FC Copenhagen.
The 19-year-old, for the most part, though, has since struggled to establish himself in the plans of Hansi Flick.
All told, Bardghji, sitting behind Lamine Yamal in the right wing pecking order, has been afforded just two starts across all competitions.
And with as much in mind, something of a push has been kickstarted to send the attacker out on loan following the turn of the year.
As per a report from Sport, Bardghji has sparked a ‘debate’, between those who feel as though the youngster should stay put for the duration of the campaign, and those who see a January loan as the correct path forward.
Hansi Flick is for his part keen to keep hold of Bardghji, but it remains to be seen which camp ultimately wins out.
