Speaking to Telam, former Real Madrid star and England captain David Beckham discussed the brilliance of Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo but admitted that the Argentine is in a class on his own.
“Messi is unique and there isn’t anybody else like him. “He, like Cristiano Ronaldo, who is not at his level, are both above the rest.”
Beckham had the pleasure of sharing a pitch with Messi while playing for PSG in 2013 when the French side faced Barcelona.
