New Barcelona signing Dani Olmo has this weekend named a one-time Blaugrana star as the best he has ever faced on the pitch.
Olmo is for his part of course fresh off putting pen to paper on terms back in Catalunya’s capital.
After Deco and the Camp Nou brass at last agreed to meet the demands laid out by their counterparts at RB Leipzig, the 26-year-old committed to Barca all the way through the summer of 2030.
Olmo has since gone on to link up with his new teammates in Hansi Flick’s squad, seeing out his first training session on Saturday.
And, on the back of as much, the Euro 2024 winner went on to sit down for an interview with the Blaugrana’s media channels.
During a quickfire interview, Olmo was drawn on a whole host of interesting topics, with one in particular having since piqued widespread attentions.
As much came after he was asked to name the best opponent whom he has ever faced.
