Celta Vigo’s Borja labelled Real Madrid star ‘too good’ during 2-1 defeat

Celta Vigo star Borja Iglesias was captured on camera singing the praises of Real Madrid no.1 Thibaut Courtois during the weekend clash between the sides.

Real are of course fresh off making it eight wins from ten to open the La Liga campaign at the expense of Celta on Saturday night.

En route to as much, however, Carlo Ancelotti’s troops were made to work hard, perhaps a tad lucky to have not conceded an all-important equaliser prior to the full-time whistle.

Central to as much was the aforementioned Thibaut Courtois, who continued to prove himself as one of the game’s very best in his role by way of a number of fine saves.

And, as alluded to above, at one point during proceedings, this led one of the Belgian’s opponents to make clear his appreciation for Courtois’ talents.

After the shot-stopper kept Celta Vigo at bay once more, Borja Iglesias turned to Eduardo Camavinga, to state:

“He’s too good. He’s too good.”
