La Liga outfit Celta Vigo have on Saturday been afforded some welcome positive news on the personnel front.
This comes amid confirmation that goalkeeper Ionuț Radu is ready to feature in the club’s meeting with Barcelona.
Shot-stopper Radu was for his part forced to sit out in midweek, as Celta secured an impressive victory at Dinamo Zagreb in the Europa League.
This came owing to an injury concern in his right hand.
As alluded to above, though, the Romanian has since enjoyed a swift recovery.
As per a report from Mundo Deportivo, Radu has been given the medical green light to feature from the off against Barcelona on Sunday.
The 28-year-old has played a leading role in Vigo across the season to date, racking up 11 La Liga starts.
Radu will now be hopeful of playing his part in keeping alive a stellar recent run of form for Claudio Giráldez’s troops, in the midst of a five-game win streak across all competitions.
