Barcelona’s next La Masia sensation is wanted in England

Barcelona starlet Ebrima Tunkara is beginning to attract serious transfer interest from the Premier League. This comes amid the understanding that both Aston Villa and Everton have set their sights on the Spanish youth international.

Tunkara, for those not familiar with his name, is a 16-year-old attacker capable of lining out in a number of positions in the final third, both out wide and through the middle.

The Gambia-born starlet has long been considered one of the standout talents in all of Spanish football, widely viewed as a future star in the making. Last season, Tunkara became the third youngest player to ever feature for Barcelona at reserve level, after Lionel Messi and Guille Fernández.

And as alluded to above, such exploits have evidently not gone unnoticed across the continent…

As per a report from Mundo Deportivo:

‘English intermediaries regularly present at the Ciutat Esportiva are reportedly submitting positive reports on the Barcelona attacking midfielder. Aston Villa and Everton are among the clubs most interested and are already trying to convince the player to make the leap to professional football.’

It is also worth noting, though, that neither Barcelona nor Tunkara have any interest in parting ways at this moment in time.
