An up-and-coming member of the attacking ranks at La Liga giants Barcelona sent a reminder to manager Hansi Flick and his staff regarding his unquestionable talents on Saturday.
The player in question? Toni Fernández.
Youngster Toni has of course long been a regular feature in the first-team setup in Catalunya’s capital.
The 17-year-old is widely considered to be a future star in the making, boasting a whole host of impressive attacking traits.
Such abilities have long culminated in calls for Toni to be afforded the chance to prove himself on matchday in Hansi Flick’s squad.
And as alluded to above, on Saturday, the starlet did his chances of as much absolutely no harm.
Toni was in from the off earlier today, as Spain’s U18s locked horns with Turkey in a friendly clash.
And en route to a 3-1 triumph for La Rojita, the forward/winger proved himself the star of the show, courtesy of a fine brace.
Are you watching, Hansi Flick?
