Crystal Palace star Daniel Muñoz has confirmed that he would be interested in a move to one of Spanish football’s two leading clubs.
This comes amid ongoing speculation linking the Colombian with Hansi Flick’s Barcelona.
Amid an ongoing search for reinforcements at right-back, the Blaugrana are understood to have earmarked Muñoz as the ideal profile of player.
The 29-year-old has long emerged as one of the Premier League’s standout full-backs, in the midst of another stellar individual campaign to date.
Speaking during an interview with AS Colombia this weekend, Muñoz was therefore drawn on his links with some of European football’s leading clubs.
And in his response, the former Genk man named both Barcelona and Real Madrid as ‘dream’ destinations:
“First of all, I think there’s a lot of talk about one club or another. If you ask me, it would be a dream come true to play for one of these clubs, whether it’s Barcelona, PSG, Real Madrid, or Manchester United.”
